How to use:

Sharing things about yourself in group (passions, belongings, fears, influencers, energizers, drainers...) to get overview who the group consists of.

Sharing things about yourself in group (passions, belongings, fears, influencers, energizers, drainers...) to get overview who the group consists of.

for Personal Development the cards can be used to visualize diversity within a group. People talk about themselves in regards to different cards. The picture shows a group where people wrote down different employments they had in their lives and what their passions are. Often groups have a tendency to stagnate and stop exploring each other. This exercise helps to show that there are many strings that haven't been pulled yet.

If you work with for Projects or for Startups the wall can be used to map and define a project. The overview can be used as a summary to write project proposals and descriptions or serve as triggers for discussing which definitions, solutions & strategies you agree or disagree on in the group.

Work together to map your project on a wall. Use slightly thicker pens and post-its. The cards can be sticked to the wall using tack-it/blue-tack or scotch tape (that you fold double).
