Cities are constantly changing. They are dynamic and complex. From livability and language to climate and communication, cities are not merely buildings or physical spaces but also places that withhold cultures and determines the possibilities in peoples lives. Rio, Stockholm and Krakow are all citites, very different from eachother yet similair in that they contain the things that makes them cities. Which are those things?
MethodKit for Cities provide you with topics such as public spaces, transport system and households to create a common language and visual overview with which you can explore the unique environments, elements and opportunities that are possible to attain in a flourishing city.
These cards help you handle the complexity of cities by allowing you to filter through the kit using your own criteria. We understand discussing 105 topics in depth is rarely possible or productive in a single session. Sorting cards allow you to address all cards, make decisions about them and focus on those which are relevant right now.
<aside> 🕵 Did you know? MethodKit for Cities one of the largest kits we have made to date. With 105+7 cards, it is twice the size of a standard MethodKit. This is a result of the complexity and diversity of cities. That is why seven “sorting cards” are included to handle the complexity.
