Use the kit to select, sort and assess ideas by sorting them based on different selection criteria. These cards help you sort ideas & other cards. Below are a few ways the kit can be used. The cards also let you talk and discuss the properties of your projects. Should it be fast or slow, cheap or expensive, x or y. Understanding this allows you to better understand how to build and design projects that are aligned with what you think is important.

The challenge in the session was on how to solve car congestion in a small city. The ideas (each on one post-it) wereĀ sorted based on price & impact. In this caseĀ most desirable ideas were the least pricey giving the most impact (lower right quadrant).
