Divide your ideas into four fields. The meanings of the camps can vary but one example is.. "You are starting off a project and you want to see what happenings could occur that would hinder the project from moving forward:

Lower left - Most unlikely to happen Lower right - Unlikely to happen Upper left - Will probably happen Upper right - Will happen
