This is a fun trick to generate ideas. It is done by embracing the ideas and concepts that is being shared and then further built upon.

How to use

1. Someone comes with an idea

2. Someone else acknowledges the idea by sayin "Yes, and..."

3. Same person continues by building on the idea. *For example:

4. "We could give candy to everyone who downloads our app"

5. "Yes, and the candypaper could have our logo on it"*

   It can also be done in a conflicting way *For example:

   1. "We could give candy to everyone who downloads our app"
   2. "Yes, and that would work great as we not have any storage possibilities for candy"*
