Using Grids is a way to find priorities and understand what to work with.

How to use:

Use a grid to sort cards with the help of a 4-field matrix.

After laying the cards out you can start coming up with ideas or defining the square you find most important.

Example: A classic grid to use is where X define strength - weakness (opportunity) and Y define value.

The lower right in this example define things you don't work with that are high value → Here lies opportunities that you can explore. See how this grid looks like below.
