A great supplement for organizing and structure the way the cards are used is through a game board or a grid. In that way the rules are clear for everyone participating and it's easy to get an overview of where the cards should go to move forward.

Stack the cards and decide, for each card that comes up, how prioritized it is to talk about.

Using Grids is a way to find priorities and understand what to work with.

After putting the cards out you can start coming up with ideas or defining the square you find most important.

Example: A classic grid to use is where X define if strength - weakness (opportunity) and Y define value.

The lower right in this example define things you don't work with that are high value → Here lies opportunities that you can explore. See how this grid look like below.
