After the workshop is done there can still be things you can do - and maybe you should. Asking the participants what they thought about the workshop gives a sincere impression that you care about doing good.. and better. If you ask for feedback be sure to show gratitude for it, after all it is a gift to you that you can use to run even better workshops in the future.
